Ideally located halfway between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, this secluded house is the perfect launching point for your Southwest Colorado adventures. If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn't loud and only runs during the day). This 3000 square foot private home features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy.
The space
A 3 car garage is at your disposal as is an area for storing ski equipment. The fenced back yard has a 2 person hot tub and a spectacular view. The spacious and comfortable master bedroom has a fireplace that communicates through to the living area as well as its own television, walk in closet and access to the back deck. The master suite is on one side of the living area while the other two bedrooms are on the other with a bathroom shared between them. It is ideal for families. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you. The two person hot-tub is in the secluded back yard with forest views all around.

Other things to note
When we say no smoking, we really, really mean it. If you are a smoker and you think it will be OK to smoke outside, you are mistaken. This house is in a high fire danger area and smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the house. This includes all the things you can smoke in all their forms. Really. Thank you for being considerate of this rule.
